Utilitising the latest high speed FDM printers we offer high-quality 3D printing services to suit a wide range of applications. Our core XY printers offer a generous maximum build volume of 300mm x 300mm x 300mm, with a print resolution ranging from super fine 0.08mm to coarse 0.3mm layer height.
With enclosed chamber printing we are able to print engineering grade filaments up to 300'c. We offer printing in a wide range of filaments including but not limited to:
- PLA
- PETG
- ABS
- ASA
- Nylon
- Carbon Fibre Blends
- Metal Powder Infill Blends
- TPU (flexible)
If you have a project requiring a material not listed above we may be able to source and print with it, don't hesitate to ask.
Our 3D design services using state of the art parametric modelling software Solidworks, allows us to deliver precise and highly detailed 3D designs to get the best results from 3D printing. Whether starting from scratch with a napkin sketch, an exisiting 3D model needing alteration or even wanting to test out a parts assembly to ensure the perfect fit first time, we've got you covered. Maybe you have a component or part that has broken and you can no longer find a replacement we can also and reverse-engineer components to suit practical and industrial needs.

How much will it cost?
At 3D Print Works, we offer competitive and transparent pricing to cater to a wide range of project requirements. Our pricing structure is based on the complexity, size, and material used for each project. In some cases we may charge an initial setup fee that covers design consultations and file preparation but this would be discussed before any work is undertaken.
For 3D printing services, we calculate costs based on the the type of filament used, and the estimated printing time. Premium materials such as Carbon Fibre and Metal Infill may incur additional costs due to their specialised properties.
3D design services are billed hourly, reflecting the intricacy and detail required for each project.
We also offer bulk printing discounts for larger orders and special rates for architectural firms and educational institutions. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we provide detailed estimates for all projects before commencing work, allowing you to make informed decisions based on your budget and needs.
