Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. We aim to dispatch your order within next working day after the payment is cleared. But it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number.
Shipping fees are calculated on the ordered items size and weight including packaging. The total shipping fee will be shown once your delivery address is confirmed during the checkout process. Currently we offer delivery within New Zealand only.
We use NZ Post as our delivery provider of choice.
Orders under $250 are shipped using NZ Post's Economy delivery service, 2-3 working days NZ wide with rural delivery available for an extra $5.70.
Orders over $250 will be sent using NZ Post's Courier service, next working day NZ wide with rural delivery available for an extra $5.70. **rural delivery service adds 2-3 working days to the delivery time**
Couriered orders will be sent non-signature by default, signature required delivery is available for an extra $3.00
All services include tracking numbers, this will be provided to you when your order has been processed and booked for pick up.
