Orders

3D Print Works Limited agrees to sell and the Customer agrees to buy the goods ordered through 3D Print Works Limited.

By placing an order for goods through 3D Print Works Limited you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.

Currently we only sell and ship our products within New Zealand.

We are an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence.

We do not accept any responsibility for orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections. We shall not be liable for any delay in performing our obligations under this agreement if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of us(or our affiliates), and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Pricing 

All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive, unless otherwise stated on the product.

All prices listed on the website exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated from the delivery address and shown separately during checkout.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted by us, the price of the product cannot be varied except by agreement between you and us in writing or by email.

The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of installation and maintenance.

Payments 

We currently accept payments by the following methods:

- Credit Card - processed through our merchant Stripe

- Internet Banking - direct into our bank account

If payment has not been received within 5 working days of your order being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

We will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Product Specifications 

Features and specifications of Products described or depicted on the website are subject to change without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not materially change the features and specifications of a product once an order has been accepted by us.

Due to the nature of 3D printing the dimensions of 3D printed products described in the website may have a variance of +/- 1mm

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Delivery 

We do our best to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

Products will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Once Products have been dispatched, we have no control of delivery time and take no responsibility for delays caused by courier companies.

Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights in any content on this website, including images, pricing, artwork, its visual design, and the arrangement and display of any content on this website is owned by, or licensed to, 3D Print Works Limited.

Unless expressly authorised under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in writing, you may not reproduce, adapt, modify, display, extract or distribute any content or any part of any content.

Consumer Guarantees Act 

If you are buying goods normally bought for personal, domestic or household use, you may have certain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (Consumer Guarantees Act) that cannot be excluded or limited. These terms do not limit or alter your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (other than in the circumstances permitted under that Act).
